Job Description
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video content optimized for social media platforms
- Collaborate closely with our social seller to develop and execute content that drives engagement
- Design graphics and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or comparable tools
- Explore and implement AI-powered tools to improve content quality, speed, and creativity
- Continuously research emerging AI tools and stay current on what is newest and most effective in AI-assisted marketing, bringing relevant findings back to the team
- Drive social content that supports recruiting and employer branding, helping Bigge attract top talent the same way we attract customers
- Get into the field on active job sites to photograph and capture footage of world-class equipment doing work that most people never get to see up close
Requirements
- Demonstrated skill in at least a few of the following: video editing for social media, graphic design, photography, AI content tools, AI image generation, short-form storytelling
- Willingness to obtain FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification, fully covered by Bigge
- Genuine enthusiasm to develop the skills you do not yet have
- Passion for heavy construction, cranes, or the industrial world
- Curiosity about how AI is reshaping marketing and a drive to apply it practically
- Comfort getting out of the office and into the field
- 0 to 2 years of experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
