Drive marketing and business development for a hospital facility, leading community reputation, market initiatives, and program development with substantial travel.

• Responsible for the development and implementation of business and marketing plans for the facility.
• Leads efforts to manage, monitor, and influence the hospital's community reputation through referral source surveys, patient surveys, and community outreach.
• Participates in the marketing plan process through market research, market analysis and marketing tactics.
• Works on new and existing facility programs.
• Participates in the department's continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
• 80% Travel Required.

• Must-have: Minimum of 1 year related experience in Marketing, Business Development and Public Health.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates degree Required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Position requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Medical Terminology, Electronics (i.e., work cellphone, MS4, electronic processes)
