Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and execution of website and team site strategies, updates and maintenance
• Copy write and assist with graphics and content development for online newsletters and other e-marketing efforts
• Assist with the coordination of events including logistics, displays, travel, promotion and distribution of appropriate printed materials and all follow-up efforts
• Develop and update marketing and sales materials (brochures and other literature) utilizing Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro
• Work with outside agencies or other resources on projects including creative work and execution of marketing tasks
• Assist in management of CRM contacts and reports to optimize marketing efforts
• Develop/maintain visual presentation aids, such as PowerPoint presentations
• Manage promotional material quotes and production

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of marketing experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience using SharePoint preferred
• Familiarity with Marketo and Basic HTML a plus
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 a plus
• Experience in the agriculture and/or animal health industry preferred
