Job Description

Responsibilities

Support execution of events including webinars, conferences, trade shows, and internal meetings (e.g., quarterly townhall)
Coordinate logistics such as registration, calendars, venues, AV, catering, and materials
Manage timelines, checklists, and task tracking
Assist with speaker coordination, agendas, and briefing materials
Support on-site or live execution, including troubleshooting
Track attendance, feedback, and post-event reporting
Support execution of webinar programs (scheduling, promotion, follow-up)
Assist with campaign coordination across marketing initiatives
Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
Maintain the social media calendar

Requirements

1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a coordination or execution-focused role.
Experience supporting events such as trade shows, conferences, or webinars.
Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Global experience or exposure to international teams (a plus)
Experience in life sciences, medical device, or regulated industries (preferred)
