Job Summary

Own content marketing and social programs for Professional Safety and Adventure brands, shaping content from creation to distribution, with hands on video, storytelling and social growth across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and more.

  • Content production: develop short-form video, photography, case studies, demos, and educational content that supports campaigns and launches.
  • Social & community: manage calendars, craft copy, review approvals, and drive engagement and audience growth across channels.
  • Content operations: build repeatable capture and production processes and steward a centralized asset library.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Storytelling - Create engaging content that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, customer engagement, and brand awareness initiatives, with particular emphasis on Professional Safety industries, applications, and customer use cases.
  • Develop content including: Short-form video, Photography, Customer success stories, Product demonstrations, Educational content, R&D and innovation content, Manufacturing and behind-the-scenes content, Event coverage
  • Conduct customer, employee, partner, and stakeholder interviews to support content development.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Marketing Managers to develop content that aligns with campaign objectives and audience needs.
  • Repurpose content across social media, email, website, sales enablement, presentations, and other marketing channels.
  • Maintain an organized library of marketing assets, photos, videos, and supporting content.
  • Video Content Production - Capture photo and video content at trade shows, customer sites, training facilities, manufacturing operations, and company events, including occasional travel for on-location content capture.
  • Produce short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Edit video content optimized for social media, email marketing, website use, paid media, and sales enablement.
  • Support development of customer testimonials, case studies, training demonstrations, and product-focused video content.
  • Work with external creative partners when additional production support is required.
  • Help establish repeatable processes for content capture and content production across the organization.
  • Social Media Management - Own day-to-day execution of TruBlue Technologies' social media channels.
  • Develop and manage social media content calendars across Professional Safety and Adventure brands.
  • Write social media copy, captions, and supporting content.
  • Coordinate content reviews and approvals with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and audience growth.
  • Support community engagement and audience interaction across social channels.
  • Assist with paid social initiatives through content creation and campaign asset development.
  • Support employee advocacy and social selling initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Experience capturing and editing short-form video content.
  • Experience with photography and basic video production.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for customer site visits, trade shows, training facilities, product demonstrations, and other content capture opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Self-starter who can operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, technology, safety, or outdoor recreation industries.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar content creation tools.
  • Experience supporting paid social campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and website content management systems.
  • Experience supporting trade shows and field marketing programs.
  • Experience working with project management platforms such as Asana, Teamwork, or similar tools.
