Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Creative Execution
• Writing & Thought Leadership: Draft SEO-informed blogs, articles, and email newsletters that capture the firm’s voice and build trust with high-net-worth families.
• Visual Storytelling: Create high-quality branded graphics, reels, and images for social media engagement and lead generation
• Video & Podcast Repurposing: Transform long-form video and podcast recordings into snackable short-form clips for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all public-facing channels.
• Marketing Operations & HubSpot Management
• Campaign Automation: Build and manage workflows, landing pages, and lead-capture forms within HubSpot.
• CRM & Data Hygiene: Maintain clean database segmentation and track lead conversion metrics to ensure no prospect falls through the cracks.
• Website Management: Update and optimize the WordPress backend, ensuring all content is formatted correctly and performing well.
• Performance Tracking: Provide monthly reports on engagement and conversion to help refine the firm's marketing roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in a marketing or content-focused role.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable in WordPress and experienced with (or eager to master) HubSpot/CRM workflows.
• Design Instincts: Strong visual eye with the ability to create professional assets beyond basic templates.
• The Proactive Factor: You are someone who asks clarifying questions, requests direction when a project feels stuck, and takes extreme ownership of deadlines.
• Financial Services Interest: While industry experience is a plus, a desire to learn the nuances of wealth management is required.
