Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content production lifecycle, from planning and shoots to editing and QA, ensuring brand-consistent assets across photo, video, graphics, and website content that support campaigns and business goals.

  • Content Lifecycle: Plan, schedule, produce, and quality-check photo, video, graphics, and website assets for campaigns.
  • Brand & Delivery: Lead shoots, create patient-facing materials, social ads, and promotional videos aligned with brand strategy.
  • Collaboration & Governance: Communicate across teams, coordinate with developers/designers, and maintain brand guidelines and quality standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help plan and organize the full lifecycle of content projects (photo, video, website design, graphic design and other marketing content)
  • Maintain a detailed content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization.
  • Lead the production and editing of photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Create graphics, print materials, and other patient-facing content for the brand.
  • Create social media ads, graphics, and promotional videos.
  • Lead video and photo shoots with providers including intro videos, clinic tours, and other commercial styles content shoots
  • Conduct quality checks on content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase customer engagement and drive business goals

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in content production, or related roles
  • Experience assisting and leading photo shoots, video production, and website content updates
  • Experience using DSLR or related production equipment including lighting, (off camera) lenses and accessories, and drone equipment
  • Strong understanding of content strategy and production
  • Photo and video editing experience
  • Excellent organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Asana, Trello) is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
