Job Summary

  • Own content strategy and editorial workflow across podcasts, video, articles, email, and social to drive visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership and partners to produce mission-driven content with consistent branding and narrative.
  • Measure impact through engagement and reach, optimizing distribution and promotion of Napa Institute programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • With Napa team, help develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organizational mission and audience needs.
  • Oversee content production across podcasts, articles, video, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all content outputs.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts, leadership, and external partners to produce compelling, mission-driven content.
  • Manage editorial calendars and content workflows from ideation through publication.
  • Lead execution of marketing initiatives to increase visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral including digital ads, graphics, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms.
  • Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or digital communications.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Alignment with and commitment to the mission of the Napa Institute.

Preferred

  • Experience in nonprofit, faith-based, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Familiarity with SEO, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Experience working with podcasts and multimedia content.
  • Understanding of Catholic apostolates and networks.
