Job Description
Responsibilities
- Capture and create photo and video content across hotels, restaurants, weddings, and events
- Assist in executing social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Attend events, activations, and peak service times to document guest experiences in real time
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative, on-brand content ideas
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) and assist with visual storytelling
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and on-site activations
- Engage with guests across digital platforms by monitoring messages and comments
- Assist with website updates, blog content, and email marketing
- Conduct research on social media trends, competitors, and industry insights
Requirements
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and marketing
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
- Ability to capture and edit creative content on a smartphone and/or camera
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Hospitality, or a related field
Preferred
- Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
