Responsibilities

• Brand Voice & Strategy
• Develop and maintain a clear, consistent brand voice across all platforms
• Translate company values, culture, and initiatives into engaging, on-brand content
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging alignment across marketing and internal communications
• Content Creation & Media Production
• Video Capture & Editing:
• Capture short-form and long-form video content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Photography & Visual Assets:
• Capture high-quality photography of products, projects, people, and events to support marketing and internal needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Oregon Driver’s License
• Knowledge of English composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
• Portfolio of relevant work (video, photography, design, or social content) required upon request.
• Knowledge of OR-OSHA regulations and changes.
• Ability to engender trust from the owners, managers, team members, and customers.
