Responsibilities

• Create engaging Instagram content, including reels, stories, posts, captions, and short-form videos
• Capture high-quality photo and video content for restaurants, hotels, food and drink establishments, and local businesses
• Conduct trend research to identify relevant Instagram formats, audio, content styles, and audience behaviors
• Develop content strategies that align with client goals and brand identity
• Manage social media content calendars and posting schedules
• Edit photos and videos for Instagram and other social media platforms
• Analyze Instagram insights and performance metrics to improve engagement and reach
• Stay up to date with Instagram platform updates, trends, and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure content reflects each business’s unique voice and identity
• Travel as needed to capture on-location content for hotels, restaurants, and local businesses

Requirements

• Experience in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling for social media, especially Instagram
• Strong understanding of Instagram reels, stories, posts, trends, and audience engagement
• Experience developing social media strategies, campaign plans, and trend-based content
• Ability to shoot and edit photo and video content
• Familiarity with design, photo editing, and video editing tools
• Knowledge of social media marketing and brand development
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage content calendars, deadlines, and multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams
• Familiarity with Instagram Analytics and performance insights

Preferred

• Experience in food, beverage, hospitality, or travel marketing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred
