Marketing & Content Assistant — Entry-Level, In-Office

Responsibilities

• Video & Podcast Production
• * Help set up and record podcast episodes, interviews, and promotional videos.
• * Edit recordings into short videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• * Assist with content for company leadership’s personal brand and social media accounts.
• * Capture behind-the-scenes footage and other content.
• Photography & Graphic Design
• * Help take professional headshots of insurance agents and team members.
• * Learn to use cameras, lighting equipment, and photo-editing software.
• * Create and customize flyers, promotional graphics, and other marketing materials for our agents.
• * Learn to use Photoshop and other design tools.

Requirements

• No professional marketing experience is required. You should be comfortable using computers, interested in creating content, and willing to learn new software.
• You’ll be a good fit if you:

Preferred

• If you already enjoy making videos, taking photos, or designing graphics, that’s a plus.
