Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist with promoting the event across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Share event information with relevant community groups, historical organizations, genealogy societies, educational institutions, and civic organizations
Help identify media outlets, podcasts, newsletters, and community calendars where the event can be featured
Assist with drafting and scheduling social media posts
Help distribute press releases and event announcements
Track outreach efforts and identify opportunities to increase event visibility
Encourage registrations through community engagement and digital outreach
