Own community outreach and partnership development to connect individuals with developmental disabilities to services, resources, and meaningful community opportunities.

• Outreach & Partnerships: Build relationships with service coordinators, schools, hospitals, advocacy groups, and community organizations.
• Events & Community Engagement: Attend community events, resource fairs, networking events, and outreach activities.
• Communications & Content: Coordinate informational sessions, webinars, and community engagement initiatives.
• Prospecting & Follow-up: Conduct outreach calls and follow-up emails to potential partners and referral sources.
• Awareness & Program Promotion: Increase awareness of agency programs and services across Maryland.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Manage content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Marketing Materials: Design flyers, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Email Campaigns & Community Communications: Support email marketing campaigns and community communications.
• Campaign Ideation: Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns aligned with the agency’s mission and goals.
• Online Presence: Maintain a professional and engaging online presence.
