Job Summary

Own local community marketing through in person outreach, content creation, and partnership building with real estate and local businesses.

  • Neighborhood & Partnerships: Build referral channels with real estate teams, HOAs, and property managers.
  • Social Content & Local Events: Create and post content on social platforms and capture job-site media for brand visibility.
  • Measurement & Iteration: Track basic engagement and help brainstorm new ideas with the owner.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Visit local realtors, businesses, and organizations to build relationships
  • Distribute business cards, flyers, and promotional material
  • Help build referral partnerships with real estate teams, HOAs, property managers, etc.
  • Create and post content on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Take photos/videos on jobs (with team permission) for social media
  • Write captions, stories, short posts, and updates
  • Help create postcards, mailers, or marketing materials
  • Track engagement and report basic results
  • Work with the owner on new marketing ideas
  • Help maintain our brand reputation
  • Assist with occasional light administrative tasks if needed

Requirements

  • Must have your own transportation
  • Experience in marketing, networking, social media, or content creation
  • Schedule: Part-Time • 2–3 Days/Week
  • 2–3 Days/Week scheduling
  • Part-Time role with flexible scheduling

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads or Google Ads preferred
  • Facebook Ads or Google Ads
