Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic communications and marketing initiatives across the organization or designated service areas.
  • Develop internal and external messaging, manage vendor relationships, and use data to evaluate impact.
  • Promote collaboration across departments and partner to support awareness, engagement, and utilization of services.
  • Develop and execute strategic communications plans to support organizational initiatives and service awareness
  • Create and manage content across digital and print platforms, including websites, newsletters, social media, and collateral materials
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to communicate strategy and gather input
  • Oversee vendor deliverables for marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor the effectiveness of communications and marketing efforts
  • Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback
  • Provide clear and concise reporting to leadership and partners

Requirements

  • Knowledge of strategic communications, audience segmentation, and outreach planning
  • Skill in graphic design, content development, and digital media
  • Skill in data analysis and performance reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with varied stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, orally and in writing
  • Ability to adapt messaging to geographic, cultural, and organizational contexts
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
