Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and manage email and SMS communication for prospective students, families, high school counselors, and community colleges
  • Build, execute, and manage recruitment event communication and registration
  • Assist communications team in developing, implementing, and maintaining communication objectives
  • Use CRM filters to build queries to communicate with specific populations
  • Use design elements from the email builder, Adobe Express, and CMS to create effective communication pieces
  • Create recruitment content, including editing, designing, writing, and proofing emails, websites, brochures, newsletters, and other publications
  • Work with campus programs and academic colleges to create and send emails
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of email and SMS campaigns
  • Writes original content for print, web, and email use by creatively compiling information collected through research, interviewing, and gathering materials.
  • Conducts interviews, collects data, and information needed to accurately and credibly craft marketing messages. Designs email, print and web projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
  • Equivalency/Substitution : Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
