Job Description

Responsibilities

Provides support to the Director of Marketing/Communications in regards to all internal and external communication at Bay Area Hospital.
Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location.
Capacity to manage and produce multiple content projects within deadlines.
Expertise with online platforms: e-newsletter services, social media, and content management systems.
Working knowledge of DSLR camera, video, audio recording, microphones, and digital tools. Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
Proficiency in MS office applications

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, digital media, communications, or related field preferred
Experience assisting with communication programs for various external and internal target audiences
Experience planning, producing, posting, and coordinating content on social media platforms
Minimum three years’ experience in a related field
Extensive writing experience preferred
Experience with graphic design, brand standards, and design software, Adobe Creative Suite preferred and email marketing tools (Constant Contact)
