Responsibilities

• Develop and execute external communication strategies to raise awareness and promote RBHA’s mission.
• Identify target audiences and craft aligned messaging for outreach.
• Collaborate with the Director to implement the external communications and marketing plan.
• Manage social media platforms, create content, and support internal collaboration.
• Create content for digital and print media (e.g., website, press releases, newsletters, program brochures).
• Ensure brand integrity across platforms.
• Collaborate with staff to gather stories and data.
• Facilitate internal communications meetings to promote internal collaboration and staff engagement.
