Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive external communication strategies to raise awareness, extend reach, engage stakeholders, and promote RBHA’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Manage social media platforms, create content, and support internal collaboration.
  • In partnership with the Director of Communications and Marketing, develop and execute the strategic plan for external communications and marketing
  • Identify target audiences and develop aligned messaging
  • Manage social media platforms and content calendars
  • Create content for digital and print media (e.g., website, press releases, newsletters, program brochures)
  • Ensure brand integrity across platforms
  • Collaborate with staff to gather stories and data
  • Facilitate internal communications meetings to promote internal collaboration and staff engagement
  • Other duties as assigned
