Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Develop visually engaging graphics for events, programs, recruitment efforts, and general outreach
  • Graphic Design: Create brochures, flyers, and promotional materials that align with brand standards
  • Graphic Design: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret ideas and translate them into intuitive, appealing designs
  • Digital Content & Social Media Management: Produce content, posts, and pages that attract and engage target audiences
  • Digital Content & Social Media Management: Create enrollment-focused social media graphics and maintain a consistent posting schedule
  • Digital Content & Social Media Management: Track and report on engagement metrics as part of enrollment centered goals
  • Brand Monitoring & Reputation Awareness: Monitor brand- and product-related conversations across multiple platforms
  • Brand Monitoring & Reputation Awareness: Assist in maintaining a cohesive and accurate representation of the college’s brand

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Quality & Accuracy: Demonstrates excellence in design, attention to detail, and commitment to high standards
  • Productivity & Time Management: Meets deadlines, manages multiple projects efficiently, and adapts to changing priorities
  • Dependability: Reliable, responsive to requests, and maintains strong attendance and punctuality

Preferred

  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing analytics preferred.
