Responsibilities

• Creating and managing client newsletters and regular communication updates.
• Developing email drip campaigns for prospective clients and referral partners.
• Managing marketing email campaigns through Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM.
• Scheduling and distributing communication to boards, clients, and prospective communities.
• Ensuring communications reflect the company’s brand voice and messaging standards.
• Monitoring engagement and optimizing campaigns for effectiveness.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining marketing calendars, supporting sales presentations and materials, and ensuring all communications reflect the company’s brand voice and standards.
• Creating and maintaining sales collateral such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and digital materials.
• Supporting proposal and presentation development for prospective clients.
• Ensuring all materials maintain consistent messaging and brand standards.
