Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Website Design & Digital Experience: lead the redesign, maintenance, and ongoing management of the FGO website; build a more immersive, user-friendly experience; manage updates (performance pages, events, donor and sponsor visibility, seasonal assets); maintain WordPress proficiency.
  • Graphic Design & Brand Development: produce visual assets for print, digital, and video, including program books, performance promotions, social campaigns, web banners, newsletters, paid digital ads, sponsorship and donor materials, VIP and event collateral, and presentation decks; ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling: develop content for website, social, newsletters, program books, streaming and video, and campaigns; work with photographers and videographers; create real-time and post-event content for performances, VIP experiences, salons, donor gatherings, and community programs.
  • Social Media Strategy & Channel Management: manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Vimeo, and emerging channels; platform-specific messaging; scheduling, publishing, community engagement; live and behind-the-scenes capture.
  • Email Marketing & Communications: produce bi-monthly newsletters and regular email campaigns; maintain seasonal design continuity; support audience-specific messaging for patrons, donors, sponsors, subscribers, and community stakeholders.
  • Copywriting & Marketing Support: write and edit social copy, web content, brochures, press releases, campaign messaging, program book content, promotional materials, and event communications for both luxury and arts audiences.
  • Analytics & Reporting: build systems to track website traffic, social growth, campaign effectiveness, newsletter open and click rates, and audience trends; use the data to refine strategy.
  • Event Marketing & Activation Support: attend and support performances, VIP rooms, receptions, salons, donor events, community activations, and press opportunities; capture content in real time; assist with branded setup and signage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media or related field preferred; 2 to 5+ years of relevant experience; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva, WordPress, video editing, social scheduling platforms, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta insights); strong design aesthetic with a feel for luxury branding and arts marketing; excellent writing and communication; able to juggle multiple projects; live events, arts, hospitality, luxury, or cultural institution experience highly preferred.
  • Ideal candidate: highly creative and visually driven, a digital-first storyteller, organized and detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, passionate about arts, culture, luxury lifestyle, and community impact, able to balance strategy with execution.
