Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The marketing and communications manager is responsible for the implementation of marketing and communications strategies to meet organizational goals, enhance the image of the Division, and support market share growth. Serves as an internal account executive to various internal clients to ensure marketing goals are met and projects are delivered in a timely manner.
  • The Marketing and Communications Manager will assist in developing and executing all marketing and communications efforts for the Division’s employed physician practices. In coordination with the Division AVP / Director, Marketing, Division Practice Operations Teams, Division and Hospital Marketing leadership, the Marketing and Communications Manager will manage and support all activities related to physician onboarding and online marketing for physicians within the network. They will also assist in developing and executing internal communications for the Division’s employed physician practices.
  • What you will do in this role:
  • Physician Onboarding and Off-boarding
  • Manages the physician on-boarding and off-boarding process:
  • New providers are fully on-boarded within 30 days of start.
  • Departing providers are off-boarded in accordance with requirements for patient notification.
  • Creates new physician collateral materials for promotional use by provider relation team and updates related service line collaterals.
  • Marketing and Communications
  • Assists in developing and implementing internal and external communications plans for our employed physician practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years in a relevant role
  • Effective management and communication skills; both orally and written
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience developing and proofreading consumer-facing content
  • Experience with website and digital content management is implied by responsibilities

Preferred

  • Healthcare Marketing or Communications experience preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare specialties, procedures and conditions not required, but preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills working with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong technical skills and experience with Microsoft Office Excel and other data management tools
