Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies aligned with company goals
• Create and manage internal and external communications across multiple platforms
• Lead content strategy, including website, social media, email, and marketing materials
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
• Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach and press releases
• Use data and analytics to evaluate performance and guide strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and share key information
• Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
• Develop crisis communication plans and support issue management
• Oversee marketing projects, timelines, and budgets using project management tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 5–10 years of progressive marketing and communications experience
• Experience leading or mentoring a team
• Experience in both strategic planning and hands-on execution

Preferred

• Graphic design experience
• Photography and/or videography experience
