Job Summary

Own the full messaging and multi-channel communications playbook, turning complex offerings into customer proof points and driving education, engagement, and leads.

  • Messaging ownership: craft value propositions and differentiation across campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership.
  • Campaign integration: align education, membership, and demand programs with a shared calendar and KPI rig.
  • Team and process: lead a small team, coach disciplines, and ensure on-time delivery with measurable improvements.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communications that align with company goals, product launches, lead generation, and member education.
  • Maintain consistent messaging, tone, and brand standards across all channels and communications.
  • Create messaging frameworks that articulate value propositions and competitive differentiation.
  • Manage the marketing communications calendar to synchronize education, membership, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Write and edit high quality marketing content with the Content Specialist.
  • Translate complex products and services into customer-focused messaging.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop educational and thought leadership content.
  • Support integrated campaigns to generate qualified leads and nurture members and students.
  • Partner with digital marketing to optimize campaign messaging across paid and organic social media.
  • Coordinate product launches, webinars, customer events, and industry conferences.
