Job Summary

Own the cross-channel marketing communications that translate complex offerings into customer value, while building a small, capable team and tying campaigns to education and membership goals.

  • Messaging & Positioning: translate products into clear value and differentiate the brand across education, membership, and thought leadership programs.
  • Campaign & Content Ownership: lead integrated campaigns, launches, webinars, and events with tight calendar discipline and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Measurement & People Leadership: track KPIs, report insights to leadership, and coach a small team for stronger execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans that support company objectives, product launches, lead generation, and membership engagement.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and brand standards across all internal and external communications.
  • Create messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the company's value proposition and competitive differentiation.
  • Manage the marketing communications calendar to align education, membership, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Write and edit high-quality marketing content in conjunction with the Content Specialist
  • Translate complex products and services into compelling, customer-focused messaging.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop educational and thought leadership content.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and nurture existing members and students
  • Collaborate with digital marketing to optimize campaign messaging across paid and organic social media channels.
  • Support the coordination product launches, webinars, customer events, and industry conferences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing communications or association experience.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
Preferred
  • Experience in professional services, technology, SaaS, financial services, manufacturing, commercial real estate, or associations.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEM tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Graphic design or video production experience is a plus.
