Drive support for marketing, business development, and brand storytelling in a Marketing / Communications Intern role at Wilmot Sanz.

• Support proposal development, qualifications packages, interview presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Translate complex healthcare and architectural concepts into clear narratives.
• Maintain and organize marketing materials, project data, and contact databases.
• Contribute to social media content reflecting evolving brand and design work.
• Conduct research to support business development, conference submissions, and thought leadership.
• Participate in internal marketing and client development meetings.
• Assist with professional project photography, including on-site coordination and staging.
• Attend select industry events and networking opportunities within AEC and healthcare communities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field
• At least two years of coursework completed
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences
• Interest in architecture, design, and healthcare environments
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a creative studio setting
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office in a PC environment
• Ability to work in-office five days per week in Rockville, MD
• A self-starter with a can-do attitude, organized and efficient
