Job Summary

Coordinate and support healthcare event initiatives, turning planning into smooth, on-brand experiences from concept to post-event follow-up.

  • Event Execution: Assist planning and coordinating workshops, conferences, campus events, and webinars.
  • Logistics & Promotion: Manage scheduling, vendor coordination, registrations, on-site support, and promotional campaigns to drive attendance.
  • Content & Communications: Create event content for social, email, and website; draft invitations, reminders, run-of-show, and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Interest in event planning and coordination
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Must maintain professional appearance
  • Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis
