Job Summary

Support multi-channel marketing operations by creating social content, drafting internal and public communications, and assisting with events and outreach to boost caregiver recruitment and community engagement.

  • Content Production: develop social posts, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials to reinforce branding and storytelling.
  • Community & Events: support outreach, event promotion, and photography/video capture at company activities.
  • Measurement & Optimization: monitor engagement and analytics to inform future marketing tactics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating and scheduling social media content across platforms
  • Support caregiver recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Draft content for newsletters, flyers, blogs, email campaigns, and internal communications
  • Help create graphics and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools
  • Assist with photography and video content at company events and office activities
  • Monitor social media engagement and marketing analytics
  • Help maintain website and online directory content
  • Support community outreach and event promotion efforts
  • Collaborate with the communications team on branding and storytelling initiatives

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Basic graphic design experience preferred (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Creative mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

  • Basic graphic design experience preferred (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Passion for healthcare, community outreach, or nonprofit-style mission work is a plus
