Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that promote TSAE programs, events, membership, and partnerships.
  • Lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels including website, email, social media, publications, and online community platforms.
  • Establish marketing priorities, campaign timelines, and project workflows to support organizational goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics to improve marketing effectiveness and audience reach.
  • Serve as steward of the TSAE brand, ensuring consistent voice, messaging, and visual identity across all communications.
  • Oversee editorial strategy and production of TSAE communications including newsletters, digital content, publications, and member communications.
  • Maintain editorial and style standards to ensure clarity, professionalism, and consistency across communications.
  • Develop written content such as articles, speeches, scripts, and industry communications highlighting TSAE initiatives and thought leadership.
  • Oversee TSAE’s digital platforms including the website, social media channels, online member community, and marketing automation systems.
  • Manage digital content strategy to enhance member engagement and support recruitment and retention efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • CAE designation or association experience is highly desirable.
  • Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, or publication management.
  • Experience developing marketing campaigns and managing multi‑channel communications.
  • Association or nonprofit experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
  • Interest in live event production and conference programming, including speaker coordination and general session stage management.

Preferred

  • CAE designation or association experience is highly desirable
  • Association or nonprofit experience strongly preferred
