Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing programs and agency engagements
Manage reporting timelines and improve operational workflows
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely content delivery
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
Support global marketing initiatives and third-party channel execution
Work with marketing tools for inbound and outbound engagement
Drive cross-functional projects and ensure on-time delivery

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, matrixed tech environment
2+ years of experience in web design and/or digital marketing
Experience working with database tools, capturing technical requirements, and coordinating project plans
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including IT, Sales Operations, and Marketing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
OR Associate’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
OR High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience
Relevant fields include Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related
Advanced degrees may substitute for up to 2 years of experience
