Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on design, maintenance, and content for the Association's website and social media. Lead content planning and written messaging.
  • Develop monthly editorial calendar for social media channels and engaging content to enhance community connections.
  • Craft and develop written communications for OlyFed owned media channels, public affairs initiatives, and projects including op-eds, speeches, executive communications, and more.
  • Develop messaging strategy for digital marketing initiatives including customer email campaigns, in-branch broadcast screens, online banking advertising, texting initiatives, video content, and podcast production.
  • Analyze and evaluate industry trends, competitive environment and new product features, functionality, and application to improve customer experience and product quality.
  • Support responses to online customer reviews and community mentions.
  • Evaluate, strategize, and implement new digital branch features and benefits.
  • Assist digital branch team with tools, resources, and collateral to enhance customer experience for acquisition and retention purposes.
  • Produce content and resources for OlyFed associates to share through their professional social accounts to build partner referral networks.
  • Write, edit, and proofread projects.
  • Represent the Association at community events.
  • Photography assistance at OlyFed events and for Association's digital and print collateral needs.
  • Manage multiple projects within timeframes and budget. With outside vendors as needed.
  • Promote Marketing and Association initiatives, maintain and stay abreast of regulatory compliance responsibilities, including policies and programs.
  • Backup administrative support for the department as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent public and customer relations skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, determine needs and maintain confidence.
  • Proficiency with website content management systems, social media platforms, email marketing platforms, podcast production tools, graphic design programs, video editing software, and MS. Mac experience helpful with the ability to learn new software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to clearly communicate and coordinate group projects and events.
  • Work independently with little supervision. Flexibility to work outside office hours.
  • Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills and composure. Flexibility and adaptability to prioritize a fluctuating workload.
