Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internal communications plans that align with the company's overall business goals
  • Agency management as needed
  • Launch and manage the company's intranet and other internal communications channels
  • Create and distribute internal communications materials, such as key messages, memos, company-wide (global) meetings, and presentations
  • Plan and execute external marketing communications events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, globally
  • Measure the effectiveness of communications efforts
  • Aid in the development of marketing content (Videos, PPT etc.)
  • Ad Hoc tactical support for the marketing communications function. (Public Relations, submit speakerships, sponsorships, graphics etc.)
  • Lead weekly marcom team meetings

Requirements

  • Typically requires 2 years of experience in internal or external marketing communications (Internships may be included in the years of experience), depending on education level and experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent at independent problem solving and solutions oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and all social media platforms
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask as needed
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (~10%)

Preferred

  • Experience working in Marketing, Corporate Communications or a related role
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Interest in working in a global semiconductor organization
