Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing and communications projects across internal and external channels, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including announcements, newsletters, email campaigns, and organizational updates.
  • Design print and digital marketing assets that adhere to brand standards and style guides.
  • Support the coordination and execution of corporate events, conferences, training sessions, and company initiatives, including logistics coordination, timelines, and promotional materials.
  • Develop and publish digital content across websites and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), monitoring engagement and supporting a consistent online presence.
  • Coordinate production, ordering, and distribution of marketing materials, including collateral, promotional items, and event assets.
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, brand resources, and project documentation across shared platforms (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Marketing Applications).
  • Track and manage incoming marketing requests through team inboxes or ticketing systems, ensuring clear communication, prioritization, and follow-through.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support delivery of marketing, communications, and events initiatives.
  • Maintain and update communication distribution lists to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ year of relevant marketing, communications, or related experience; internships or equivalent experience may be considered
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, content management systems, social media tools)
  • Ability to analyze basic data and metrics to inform decisions and improvements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, engaging content for diverse audiences
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and brand consistency across materials
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles, digital content, and social media platforms
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

Preferred

  • 2–3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience
  • Experience supporting communications or marketing in a healthcare or corporate environment
  • Experience managing digital content across social media, websites, and email marketing platforms, including coordinating tasks through project management or ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with graphic design and communications tools to support the creation of brand-consistent marketing assets
  • Experience working in a matrixed or multi-stakeholder environment
