Responsibilities

• Support the execution of live marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations.
• Represent client brands professionally while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Engage directly with customers to communicate products, services, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist with event planning, setup, logistics, coordination, and breakdown.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through outstanding communication and customer service.
• Help ensure brand consistency across marketing materials, presentations, and event displays.
• Gather customer feedback and campaign performance data to support marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing managers and leadership teams to achieve campaign goals.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing, communications, leadership, and professional development.
