Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Corporate & Technical Literature Management - Serve as the primary liaison between Charlotte Pipe and external graphic design partners to manage updates to corporate literature, including price lists, manuals, brochures, technical guides, and product sheets.
  • Oversee the production and printing process for materials requiring hard copies, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update files within the digital asset library, ensuring version control and accessibility for internal stakeholders.
  • Marketing & Communications Support - Collaborate with internal departments to gather information, clarify technical details, and ensure messaging accuracy across all materials.
  • Support branding, marketing, public relations, and advertising initiatives to ensure consistency with corporate standards.
  • Assist with writing, editing, and proofreading content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, presentations, website content, and promotional materials.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of communication plans for product launches, events, and company initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support marketing projects and maintain brand integrity.
  • Project & Workflow Management - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with brand guidelines.
  • Track project progress, maintain documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of processes related to literature development, content accuracy, and asset management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, communications, project management, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated experience proofreading and editing content-heavy documents.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with senior leaders, technical experts, vendors, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems, or digital asset management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
