Job Summary

Own direct consumer touchpoints and basic sales: promote client products, generate leads, and represent the brand through campaigns, while delivering customer service and acting as the point person for consumer relations.

Brand representation and promotions: run direct marketing campaigns and engage with consumers to move them toward sales.
Lead generation and sales: generate inquiries and drive conversions while maintaining service quality.
Customer relations ownership: handle inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution to protect client profitability.
