Job Summary

Own and represent client brands in retail channels by guiding shoppers, surfacing needs, and driving purchases while building lasting relationships that sustain conversion and engagement.

Brand engagement: represent client products in store and translate features into compelling shopper experiences.
Conversion & storytelling: support sales initiatives and personalized recommendations to move customers toward purchase.
Relationship-building: communicate pricing and benefits confidently to encourage trust and repeat visits.

Job Description

In this role, you will represent leading client brands inside a retail environment, engaging directly with customers and helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
Act as a brand ambassador for client products and services in a retail setting
Engage with customers to understand needs and provide personalized product recommendations
Support sales initiatives, lead generation, and customer conversion efforts
Clearly communicate product features, pricing, and benefits with confidence
Represent client brands with strong customer service and relationship-building skills
