Job Summary

Own end-to-end campaign operations across channels, balancing multi-brand and multi-market execution with quick iteration and clear measurement.

  • Campaign ownership: plan, launch, and optimize multiple programs across platforms and brands, with rapid iteration based on performance data.
  • Channel ownership: build and manage email, SMS, social, and partner campaigns, including calendars, messaging, assets, and follow-up sequences.
  • Measurement and optimization: review open rates, CTRs, conversions, and revenue; run A/B tests and translate insights into actionable next steps for leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Planning and launching multiple campaigns across our platforms and divisions
  • Managing campaign calendars, deadlines, audiences, messaging, assets, and follow up sequences
  • Building and managing email campaigns through Constant Contact or similar platforms
  • Managing targeted SMS and text message campaigns through platforms such as Twillio or comparable software
  • Coordinating social media campaigns across multiple accounts
  • Building and managing realtor, influencer, and affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Reviewing open rates, click through rates, conversions, traffic, lead volume, and revenue
  • Adapting and improving campaigns based on performance metrics to ensure what is working, what is underperforming, and what needs to change
  • Running A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, audiences, timing, offers, and landing pages
  • Creating clear campaign reports and translating the data into actionable next steps
