Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Campaign Analyst supports the development, execution, measurement and refinement of multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns by partnering with other analysts, data scientists, marketing specialists, marketing managers, and 3rd party data and service providers.
  • Together, they will develop the requirements for marketing campaigns, create targeted segments and models, identify key metrics used to evaluate performance of campaigns, and identify opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • The Marketing Campaign Analyst sets pre-campaign analytics objectives and develops audiences and targeting.
  • The analyst designs, coordinates, and schedules multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns and maintains the marketing calendar.
  • They will also provide comprehensive performance measurement of campaigns, perform mid-campaign adjustments and refinements, and report on return on investment and lifetime value contributions.
  • The analyst will assist with the adoption of new campaign or customer relationship technologies within our digital experience platform.
