Job Summary

Own cross-channel marketing analytics and performance governance to drive ROI for patient campaigns.

  • Growth/Performance Analytics: standardize dashboards and insights across paid, CRM, and owned channels to lift ROI.
  • Audience & Targeting: segment patients and prospects to optimize messaging and run informative A/B tests.
  • Reporting & Governance: establish KPIs and measurement frameworks with consistent cross-functional reporting cadence.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance across Keplr Vision practices.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance across multiple channels (e.g., paid and owned digital, CRM, email)
  • Identify trends in patient acquisition, conversion, and retention performance
  • Develop insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Segment patient and prospect populations to support targeting and messaging optimization
  • Support forecasting and performance tracking for ongoing campaigns
  • Present clear, concise performance summaries to Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reporting
  • Support development of KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting standards
  • Conduct campaign analysis including A/B testing and basic lift/impact measurement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics or related field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign analytics, or related role
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (CRM, email marketing tools, digital advertising platforms)
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
  • Understanding of marketing KPIs, campaign performance metrics, and testing concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, optical, or multi-location retail environments (preferred)
