Our Marketing & Business Development (M&BD) Department supports the firm on a wide range of business development, marketing, and client relationship management activities. We work collaboratively across these activities through dedicated M&BD teams aligned to Practice Groups, Clients and Industries, Regions, Corporate Communications (including Public Relations, Brand, Design, Events, and Digital, and Pitches and Pursuits.
We are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to support our International Trade & Investment (Trade) and Antitrust & Competition (ACER) practices. As part of a global M&BD team, this role will work closely with partners and cross-functional colleagues to drive strategic marketing and business development initiatives that enhance profile, strengthen client relationships, and support revenue growth. The Specialist will demonstrate the ability to independently manage key workstreams across the full M&BD mix, including pitching, campaigns, events, and client development programs, while contributing insight into practice strategy and targeting.

HOURS
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including lunch hour, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with four days in the office and one day working remotely from home.
In Washington, D.C., the expected base salary range for this role is $83,200 - $117,000 per year.
This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid time off.
