Develop and lead the practice’s comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, brand, and community channels
Lead provider marketing initiatives, including outreach, branding, and visibility strategies
Leverage AI driven tools and platforms to optimize digital marketing performance, SEO/SEM, website engagement, and online reputation management
Lead brand positioning, messaging, and external communications to ensure consistency and impact
Manage public relations efforts, including media communication and press releases
Manage community outreach programs, health fairs, and educational events to strengthen market visibility
Plan and execute sponsorships, public facing events, and local engagement initiatives
Oversee marketing analytics, reporting, and performance dashboards to track ROI and effectiveness
Collaborate with physicians and department leaders on new service launches and practice initiatives
Ensure marketing activities align with organizational goals, culture, and long term growth strategy

Minimum 3+ years of healthcare marketing experience, preferably within a physician owned or specialty care setting
Significant experience in provider outreach, relationship management, and healthcare network development.
Proficiency in modern AI technologies and marketing applications, including AI-assisted analytics, content tools, SEO optimization platforms, and workflow automation tools.
Strong understanding of Northern Arizona patient populations, referral patterns, and healthcare landscape
Ability to work effectively with senior leaders, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams
Motivated by ownership, responsibility, and long term organizational impact
Highly organized, strategic, and execution oriented
Proven experience with community engagement, event planning, and partnership development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic, high growth clinical environment
