Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies for a large professional services firm
  • Supporting business development activities including pitch preparation and client research
  • Writing and editing client-facing communications and content
  • Managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
  • Conducting competitive intelligence and market analytics
  • Assisting with proposal development and RFP responses
  • Learning legal technology platforms used in marketing and CRM
  • Collaborating with marketing & business development teams on real client initiatives
  • Interns rotate through two primary team tracks — a Weekly Track (one-week deep dives) and a Bi-Weekly Track (two-week immersions for more complex disciplines) to ensure both breadth and depth of experience

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (rising junior, senior, or graduate student preferred)
  • Major or concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, English, Journalism, Law, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Genuine interest in marketing, business development, or the legal/professional services industry

Preferred

  • Prior internship experience in marketing, communications, or business development
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, InterAction, or similar)
  • Experience with social media management (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital marketing concepts
  • Exposure to graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong research and analytical skills with experience in data interpretation
  • Prior work or academic exposure to the legal industry
