Job Summary

Own the flow between policy, content, and growth by turning political insights into campaigns, and turning data into action for outreach and revenue forecasting.

  • Policy and market monitoring: translate developments into internal scopes and outbound proposals.
  • Content and social campaigns: create and manage campaigns on X and LinkedIn while ensuring copy quality.
  • Data, CRM, and analytics: maintain data integrity and generate metrics that forecast revenue and guide strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Keeping track of political and policy developments to inform internal scopes of work
  • Developing social media campaigns and creating content for X and LinkedIn
  • Maintaining data integrity, using Customer Relationships Management (CRM) and AI tools
  • Conducting market and policy research
  • Analyzing trends and data to forecast revenue potential and make recommendations to our team
  • Creating ad-hoc policy reports
  • Identifying prospects and nurturing leads
  • Assisting with copy-editing and quality control of internal and external content
  • Assembling metrics reports on social media channels, website, collateral and more
  • Media monitoring on behalf of our employees and the firm
  • Aiding in the development of outbound proposals and growth strategy
  • Responsibly leveraging our in-house AI tools to streamline workflow

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Political Science, English, Public Policy, International Relations, Communications, Digital Production or other related fields.
  • Experience or willingness to learn HubSpot and CRM maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design platforms.
  • Experience with social media management.
  • Experience with Claude or other large language models
  • Strong writing, project management, the ability to multi-task, and attention to detail.
