Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and company initiatives.
• Help manage TAG Auto Group’s social media presence and coordinate engaging content across platforms.
• Assist with creating marketing materials, digital content, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Help ensure consistent TAG Auto Group branding and messaging across locations and marketing channels.
• Coordinate with outside marketing vendors, media outlets, print companies, and other partners.
• Track marketing activities, engagement, and campaign results and provide updates to leadership.
• Help showcase TAG Auto Group’s employees, locations, services, company culture, and accomplishments.
• Assist with identifying and developing new business and referral opportunities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with insurance partners, dealerships, fleet companies, rental agencies, local businesses, and other strategic partners.
• Support outreach efforts through phone calls, emails, networking, visits, and follow-up activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, communications, customer service, or a related field preferred .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with customers and business partners.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and Microsoft Office/SharePoint Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and be self-managed while also being a strong team player.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel between locations and events
