Responsibilities

• Grow Membership & Partnerships
• Build strong relationships with current Chamber members and create exceptional member experiences
• Prospect and connect with new businesses to grow Chamber membership
• Help secure sponsorships and partnerships that support Chamber programs and events
• Identify creative revenue opportunities and community collaborations
• Lead Marketing & Visibility
• Manage Chamber marketing across social media, email, website content, and print collateral
• Create compelling promotional campaigns for events, initiatives, and membership drives
• Develop presentations, sponsorship decks, and branded marketing materials
• Strengthen Chamber visibility and storytelling in the community

• Relationship-driven and comfortable talking to anyone from entrepreneurs to CEOs
• Naturally proactive - you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Creative marketer with strong communication skills
• Comfortable with outreach, networking, and business development conversations
• Organized, professional, and dependable
• Excited by growth, opportunity, and community impact
• Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
