Own social content and campaign basics while learning IT services marketing systems and lead-gen learnings.

Capture multi-channel ownership: social content, blogs, newsletters, and client communications to fuel awareness and engagement.
Own calendar management, campaign execution, and light lead-gen tracking with tools like Canva and basic AI assistants.
Build familiarity with IT services workflows, CRM, and systems such as ConnectWise and WordPress to unlock broader responsibility.

Job Description

Responsibilities

You will bring marketing ideas to life by creating and scheduling social media content while actively supporting platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
You will design campaigns, develop promotional materials, and write blogs, newsletters, and client communications that build strong connections.
You will manage marketing calendars, contribute to website updates, and keep initiatives running smoothly.
You will research new prospects, maintain databases, and support lead generation efforts that fuel growth.
You will help organize events, track marketing and sales activity, maintain accurate records, and learn systems like ConnectWise.
You will take initiative, communicate professionally, follow through consistently, and continually find ways to improve processes as you grow into greater responsibility.

Requirements

Experience with social media management
Experience with Canva or similar design tools
Excellent writing and communication skills
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
