Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and coordination of proposals (RFPs/RFQs) from start to finish
- Prepare, review, and submit high-quality, compliant proposals under tight deadlines
- Design compelling, executive-level presentations that tell a clear story
- Develop and refine technical and marketing content
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and technical teams
- Manage and maintain marketing materials to ensure brand consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in proposal development, marketing, or a related role
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Advanced PowerPoint (highly visual and strategic presentations)
